Exchange Rewards To Cash let's users to convert google play balance to real money, which can be withdrawn from Paytm wallet, Google Pay, UPI, Bank Transfer(NEFT/IMPS) or PayPal Transfer(only for non-Indian users). Since google charges 15%-30% fee on each in-app purchase and we too charge our service and maintenance fee, you will receive 63% on purchase of token greater then value of Rs10, 60% on purchase of token of Rs10 and for Rs5 token, you will receive 50%, respectively for transactions done by you on this application.
First, you need to sign up by providing basic details like:-
- name
- email
- phone number
- payout method
Then, you need to login. After that, you have to purchase any token of value Rs10, Rs50, Rs100 or Rs500. After you click on buy, confirmation dialog will open where you should click Ok to proceed further. After confirmation results ok, you will be redirected to google play payment dialog from where you should pay from your available google play balance. After successful purchase, Your purchase will be marked as processing until confirmation. After confirmation, money will be transferred to you by mode of Transfer option you have kept selected before that transaction.
Payouts are sent according to following table. If payout day falls on holiday/weekend, then, payment might be sent on nearest working day.

Although, all payments are processed according to above criteria but if, somehow, your payment doesn't get reflected in your respective account within time(except holidays/weekends) as mentioned above, please contact us through support section to know about issue.
If user wants refund of google play balance before their payout time then he/she will receive back google play balance with deduction of up to 20% on total transactions amount.
Limits For Processing/Pending Transactions
Although, there is no limit on how many number of transactions you can do but there are limits on those transactions which are under status of processing/pending.
If sum of your processing/pending transactions is less then Rs100 google play balance then only Paytm wallet will be eligible as payout option for you. No UPI/Google Pay or Bank Transfer(NEFT/IMPS) will been entertained even if previously you were receiving in that.
If sum of your processing/pending transactions is greater then or equal to Rs100 but less then Rs500 google play balance, then, only UPI Transfer or Google Pay transfer will be eligible as payout option for you. Paytm Wallet and Bank Transfer(NEFT/IMPS) will not been entertained even if previously you were receiving in that.
If sum of your processing/pending transactions is greater then or equal to Rs500, then you must select Bank Transfer option(NEFT/IMPS) for receiving that amount. Paytm wallet, Google Pay or UPI transfers will not be eligible at that time even if you were previously receiving in that or have currently selected. You can change this all from payment settings but you need to inform us through support section if you have changed your payment method after doing transactions and are in Processing/Pending state.
If sum of your processing transactions becomes equal to or greater then Rs5000, your payouts will be divided in halfs using following factor:-
total number of payouts = Sum of processing transactions/ 5000
These figures will be rounded off and all analysis will be shared to you on your registered email after you clarify us your reason for having such high amounts as google play balance. Also, payout timing might be different for such transactions. You might be notified through email, you provided while sign-up.
Users can earn extra from us by joining our referral network. For this, you have to share your unique referral code, generated in referral section, and then ask your friends, family member, or the ones whom you know, to sign-up in our app with your unique referral code. Whenever they will do a verified purchase from our platform, you will earn 1% as referral earnings for that. The count of verified referrals will be instantly added to your ExchangeRewardsToCash account but amount made from that will reflect after he/she will receive his exchanged balance from us. No amount will be credited to your referral earnings if he/she has asked refund on that transaction. You can withdraw your verified referral earnings only after you reach at sum of Rs10. Once you reach that, you can request this money to get credited to your currently selected payout method. Your requested amount will be credited to your selected payout account within nearest payout window. Also, if we found any false/suspicious transactions done by you, or by the one to whom you have referred your referral code, your account will get blacklisted and no transactions will be entertained/paid by us to you.
Data you provide us is kept among us for contacting you, if necessary, or to send you your balance.
Since you have signed up with us, that means you trust us(little bit or fully) and we will try our best to meet everyone's hope. Spreading wrong(including play store ratings/comments and other social platforms) information about us on any platform will not been entertained. Strict action will be taken from our side if we found this.
If we, or our server, detected suspicious activities done by you on our platform or any other contactable mediums, could be hacking/phishing and such unethical acts, your account will be blacklisted and no transactions will be confirmed. In such situation, You can contact us through support section of app with your clarification on such act. We will review it and will inform you regarding our decision.
Since we don't want scammer/fraudsters or such type of people/organizations to get any benefits from our services. Some verification steps could be performed from our end through email- rewardstocash@gmail.com. Such steps can be performed if we found any suspicious activities as described below, but not limited to it.
It's recommended to use only one gmail id from which you want to do in-app purchases, but, if you are using more then one g-mail account, or, if sum of processing transactions,or amount, becomes suspicious to us, you might be asked to confirm your identity. This could be like, but not limited to, :- how this balance was earned/accidentally added to play store account. Such verifications will be asked from you through your registered email, one you provided while sign-up. We will review your explanations and will tell you our decision regarding it within few days. Until that, your transactions will remain halted and will be confirmed/cancelled/or partially refunded as per our decision.
If we, or our server detected that you are claiming, or have claimed, refunds from google, for your processing transactions, your all remaining processing purchases will be partially refunded by us with at most 50% refund and your account will be blacklisted from our server.
If you want to delete your account permanently from us, e-mail us with your app's registered e-mail, phone number in subject followed by Delete my account as heading, with reason in main body of email. We will delete your account after reviewing your reason but your transaction details, done on our platform, will remain with us. These might be shown to you once you sign-up again.
Our payout rates, terms and conditions, can change anytime with or without prior notice. It will be user's responsibility to keep app up to date.
